I have been a certified massage therapist since 2008. I’m trained in various modalities of therapeutic massage and bodywork. This is giving me the privilege of knowledge, out of personal experience, through thousands of hours of training and practice.
I am a regular practitioner myself, for my healing, to be able to be a support. Practicing yoga and meditation, being active on the mountains and the sea, cultivating mother earth, helps me be grounded, balance myself, cleanses me and recharges me.
My treatments are holistic and therapeutic, creating a safe and trustful atmosphere, I invite you to surrender to a deeper connection with yourself and observe with joy, what is happening within you. I trust and follow my intuition listening deeply to your body and energy for what healing wants to emerge, using various techniques, working with confidence, safety, delicacy and care. There is responsibility, acceptance, love and respect in the way I practice.
Each session is unique, tailored made to your current physical and emotional needs. Whether it will be gentle or intense work, whether we focus on relaxation and regeneration, on letting go of control, on releasing tensions – it depends on you and your needs.
