Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage combines different massage techniques, using elements of all methods, combining eastern wisdom and western science, to achieve the desired results. This type of massage can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, injuries, stress, anxiety, depression, and more.

Relaxing (Swedish) Massage

Relaxing (Swedish) massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment, that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health – creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. The various techniques, are designed to improve your blood circulation, soothe your muscles and make you feel more relaxed.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of therapeutic massage that is designed to target the deeper layers of muscle tissue and fascia in the body. It involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to areas of tension and pain in order to release knots and adhesions, which can cause chronic pain, limited mobility, and reduced flexibility.

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai yoga massage is a holistic healing method, which derives from the Ayurvedic medicine, combining Acupressure, passive Hatha Yoga and Reflexology. In this unique healing system, the practitioner may guide you, through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

Abdominal Massage

Abdominal massage translates into “working the energy and programming of the internal organs” or “transformation of visceral attitude”. A holistic approach to massage therapy within a traditional Chinese Medicine paradigm, it integrates a person’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy.

Sport Massage

Sports massage is specifically tailored to different sports and sporting injuries. It is not a relaxing form of massage and can often be quite strenuous. It works by stretching tight muscles, stimulating inactive muscles and improving the condition of the soft tissue.

Wuo Tai Massage

Wuo Tai massage is based on a contemporary vision of the human anatomy, embryology and the research in neuroscience. WuoTai massage targets all connective tissues, organs and joints. Wuo Tai massage invites the mixing of elliptical movements on the ground, at the border between the gestures of yesterday and today.
