Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a type of holistic massage therapy that is designed to help people manage pain, reduce stress, and improve overall physical and emotional well-being. Therapeutic Massage is defined as the mobilization of soft tissue (such as muscle, fascia and body fluids), to restore normal systemic and biomechanical/functional use. It can be used to assist in the treatment of most muscle-skeletal and associated problems.
Therapeutic massage combines different massage techniques, using elements of all methods: Swedish massage, Thai massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, abdominal massage; combining eastern wisdom and western science, while maintaining maximum precision and the highest quality touch, to achieve the desired results. This type of massage can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, (such as lower back pain, neck and joint pain, headaches), injuries, stress, anxiety, depression, and more.
Each session is unique, unconventional, tailored to your current state. Whether it will be gentle or intense work, whether we focus on relaxation and regeneration, on letting go of control, on releasing tensions – it depends on you and your needs. A session may contain all these elements in varying proportions.
